Digital Product Policy
Since our products are digital in nature (including software licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, and downloadable products), all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product key or license code was not delivered.
- The product received is different from the one purchased.
- The license key is invalid and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate purchases made accidentally.
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The software has been successfully activated or used.
- The customer purchased the wrong product and later changed their mind.
- The customer’s device does not meet the software requirements.
- The customer no longer needs the product.
- Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or system configurations.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Replacement Policy
If a software key is found to be defective or invalid, we will first attempt to provide a replacement key or alternative solution before issuing a refund.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, physical returns are not applicable. Once a software license, activation key, or digital product has been delivered, it cannot be physically returned.
